As a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, International Society of Refractive Surgeons, and member of the distinguished Cornea Society, Dr. Solomon serves as an executive board member of the Maryland Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and maintains his affiliation with the University of Maryland as the Terps LASIK surgeon. Dr. Solomon continues to remain active in the academic community previously served as a Clinical Instructor at The Wilmer Eye Institute at The Johns Hopkins University. Dr Solomon serves as a consultant for the FDA's Device Panel. He also has been working closely with the leading manufactures of precision surgical equipment including instruments and intraocular lens implants.
