I provide counseling and coaching to adults and adolescents. Coaching is about being intentional about the direction you grow. It requires action, and generates results. Counseling addresses mental illnesses, and will start with an assessment. Counseling consists primarily of talking things out in ways that are known to help. I often work with issues of life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma or abuse, and anger. I also work with parents of younger children regarding behavior and parenting issues. I will talk with you, make a diagnosis if needed, and help you set and prioritize goals that you and I will work together to reach. I offer Christian counseling and coaching services, believing that we are each unique expressions of God's love.
