JS Legal Process Server can handle all of your process service needs. We specialize in the New York area but can provide service throughout the United States and around the world as your case requires. We provide on-demand status reports on any outstanding assignment and can promptly furnish proof of service completion. If a document is returned unserved because the address provided is not current, we will attempt to locate the current address by requesting a "change of address" from the post office at no extra charge. In the event that our process servers encounter any issue in the attempt to serve your document, we will promptly notify you and offer alternative solutions. We serve those countries covered by the Hague Convention via U.S. Marshal Form-94 (USM94) and via the Intra American Treaty (when applicable).We can arrange for the filing and issuing of your legal documents and conduct court record searches on your behalf. If you are not in our immediate vicinity, you can mail, fax, or email your documents to us. Our affidavits are hand-crafted for your legal matter and rendered in bold type for greater clarity and assessment. In addition to court filings, we can research and retrieve documents.We are experienced in obtaining notary authentications from each borough's county clerk. We also provide Apostille Certifications to New York's Department of State. Our fee is based on our paralegal rate of $60.00/hour.
