Julie has always been passionate about homes since her childhood days in a "construction family" learning to pull wire and fire an air nailer. She has lived in various parts of Albuquerque for over 20 years and has hands-on remodeled six of her homes and contracted the construction of a new home. In addition to her considerable building experiences, Julie loves art and design. She holds two degrees from the University of New Mexico in art history and art education. Julie owned a local interior decor company for 13 years in which she consulted on residential interiors and produced custom furnishings. These varied experiences provide her with a wide background from which to draw which results in getting homes sold and helping buyers find the home that fits their needs.
