JungleRun is based on the idea that simulating living in a dangerous environment will trigger your body's natural ability to shed fat. We've engineered our JungleRun audio mix to help you visualize living in this environment. At first you'll hear the comforting whistles and chirps of birds and insect, followed by a relaxing intro song. This is your opportunity to free your mind and warm up your body with a brisk walk. Around four minutes later you'll be startled by the sound of a hungry predator. It's important to the process that you react immediately... so RUN! The attack only lasts a few seconds, then you'll hear an upbeat music track to keep you running. While you run, visualize yourself escaping the attack.
