Specializing in trauma resolution/PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, terminal illness support for individuals and families, ADHD, OCD, phobias, personality disorders and recovery support (alcohol/drug/suboxone/methodone). In addition, I provide the service of MVD DUI Revocation Investigation Evaluations. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR and equine assisted psychotherapy in a supporting and nurturing environment. I offer individual therapy, family therapy, couple therapy and group therapy.I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona (license # LPC-15211), EMDR trained therapist through the EMDR Institute, and a certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist through EAGALA. I am eclectic in my approach using a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person Centered Psychotherapies (PCT). I work with adults and adolescents (age 12+). When conducting Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, I work with children as young as age 5.
