As the owner & manager, I maintain 25 years of experience inspecting and managing residential and commercial properties. I have managed the maintenance and operations of portfolios of these properties containing; 1.2 million square feet of office & retail space, up 900 residential apartment units, and a 1000 cooperative & condominium units. I have also cared for private estates with up to 10 acres of grounds. I am an experienced manager of both property and people with excellent customer service skills. I have workng experience and knowledge of most property management software and programs. I am also an experienced project manager of home, apartment, and office repair and renovation projects.
