In my 16 years of experience I have been involved with the surveying, planning, design, permitting, and construction of K-12 schools, colleges, residential developments, and commercial developments in Oregon and Washington. My abiltity to keep the client intensely involved with the design process has always been my number one priority. My goal is to define a clear scope, schedule, and budget that the client understands. If any changes occur a change management memo will be sent to the client before the work will be completed. In my years of developing plans and specifications, there have been very minimal if any comments from local jurisdictions. They are usually approved with one or two reviews of the plan set.
