Once engaged in a search KANA, INC generates a list of qualified candidates and verifies the matching skills and availability. Upon completion of the review we coordinate meetings between the candidates and the client to ensure that the best match will be made. After the client informs us of their choice, we handle all the administrative issues, such as billing and billing terms, travel guidelines and project location. We also stay involved in the project once the placement has been finalized. We remain interested in understanding the needs of our clients and we track the performance of each consultant we place to ensure the client gets the results they're looking for.
