KASA exists to help mental health professionals start, grow, and manage their private practice. It is our mission to help you change the world!

Our company was founded in 2009 to help meet the needs of mental health professional across the United States, and based in the Midwest. KASA designed their own custom EMR system that met the needs of mental health agencies, and working in coordination with a program developer, the practitioners developed a web-based software to manage their employee???s schedules, securely store and update client files, and bill insurances efficiently. Since its inception, KASA???s EMR software has continued to evolve and expand to meet the needs of mental health professionals. In 2010, KASA expanded its scope not only to provide an EMR software, but also to meet other practice management needs, especially of those in private or smaller group practices. We provides scheduling solutions by answering the phones with a live receptionist, and takes all of the hassle out of billing insurances and keeping track of patient balances. Our team is excited to continue to grow in the years ahead. We always strive to better understand and meet the needs of our clients, and empower their practice success.
