Most organizations lose site of the importance in providing quality customer service. My goal is to educate and provide training, showing that when internal customer service is a priority a company will perform as a well oiled machine. Organizations look for positive methods to promote and motivate employees, which result in continued growth, reaching desired production and revenue goals. When providing quality customer service to external customers, it is vital to select employees who are detailed oriented, able to trouble shoot, able to remain calm and patient when dealing with a disgruntle customer, as well as having the ability to reach a resolution that is amicable for both the company and the customer.
