A brand new coffee roasting small business. Kathryn Adams, the CEO, first began drinking coffee in Grenoble' France at 2 1/2 years of age. In France, she was fortunate to drink cafe au lait, half milk, half coffee, every day as a snack after school with Belgium chocolate. Katte developed a taste for gourmet coffee early on. Having a chemistry background from The University of California, San Diego, Katte applies her skills practically by drawing out the natural flavors of the green coffee beans and perfecting each individual coffee in a most spectacular way. You will absolutely treasure every taste.
