I bought there a pair of sandals that was a little bit loose but the sales person told me that it would be ok if I used a gel pads so I bought the sandals anyway. Then I tried them on at home with those gel pads but It didn´t work. Then, in the next morning I went back to the store and explained to them everything. However, they refused to give me a refund. They asked me to choose another pair of sandals to exchange and I did but unfortunately the only pair they had was broken and I couldn´t buy it. So they wanted to give me a store credit but I explained that I´m leaving the country in a few days so that solution would not work for me. After begging for their goodwill here is what I got: arrogance, rudeness, and no refund! The ironic thing is that in the their online store they do give refunds! Thus, with so many amazing stores in NYC with a great customer service why would you choose KEITO?
