Extremely Rude and Unprofessional

Does not return calls pertaining to an appraisal done for my client. Refused to answer any questions and only responds by text “Any questions must to to lender” I spoke with the lender and had a question to be answered by you who did the report and completed it with the wrong owner of record, which will cost my client time and money. At least have the decency to return a call or explain why the change is not possible. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
