Ketter Home Improvements is a full service Residential and Multi-Family Building Contractor, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room additions and custom home construction in the Martinsburg and Hedgesville WV area. Owner Robert Ketter, has many years experience in the home construction and remodeling industry, gaining much of his knowledge of building codes and scope of projects working in Southern California. In 2004 he decided to go out on his own and become an independent building contractor, so he could focus on providing individualized attention to his clients. His work ethics, personal values, and workmanship are attributes his past and current clients have come to rely on, in fact it is his mission to make every customer happy.
