Ask about our "ZUMBATOMIC" class (Zumba for kids) and our "ZUMBA GOLD" which is a more moderate Zumba class and can be for beginners! Relax and strengthen your body with Pilates, Stretch and Tone, and our "a little of everything" which will be a class that alternates weekly: chair, floor, 20/20/20, butts and guts, and more!
