I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Marin County. My expertise for many years has been working with couples struggling with communication issues/being heard, betrayals and inappropriate behavior, working through and finding resolution to conflict, financial troubles, and creating closeness. I have found in my experience that betrayals have become a bit more common today, with everything focused on the internet. Fantasies and emotional relationships are formed much too easily and begin wreaking havoc. In counseling with individuals, our time may focus around blocks and barriers such as negative self-talk, anxiety, feelings of emptiness, traumatic issues, family conflict/stress, or general dissatisfaction with life. My primary focus is to help raise your awareness and to give you strategies and solutions designed to bring about positive change.
