Over the next 30 years, the company grew into five locations, in three states, serving all facets of the electrical industry. Upon their retirement in 1974, they, along with the board of directors, established an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) resulting in the company being purchased by the employees.Today, our company is 100 percent employee owned, with 17 locations covering six states in the Midwest. We are a full line electrical distributor, having continuously served the electrical utilities, industrial/automation, electrical contractor, and data communications for nearly 70 years. Kriz-Davis Co. is a member of Affiliated Distributors and partners with quality electrical manufacturers to bring value to their customers.
