La Jalisciense Tortilla Factory has been the producer of high quality corn and flour tortillas since 1946. A cornerstone in the Mexicantown district in SW Detroit, La Jalisciense is still manufacturing 100% stone ground corn tortillas in the tradition of old Mexico. Whole corn is cooked and ground on-site every production day, resulting in the best tasting tortillas around. Flour tortillas are made using only the highest quality ingredients. All of our ingredients are from the USA. No chemical additives, pre-fabricated mixes, gums or fillers are used.
