LAFAZA Foods / From The Field Trading Company provides all-natural Madagascar vanilla beans, vanilla extracts and pure ground vanilla powder for retail and foodservice customers. We source vanilla beans in a sustainable manor directly from smallholder farmers cooperatives in remote areas of the country. Our vanilla beans are cultivated and sun-cured without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our hand-selected vanilla beans are used to produce Lafaza vanilla extracts and pure ground vanilla powder. Our facilities are based in Mananara and Tamatave, Madagascar and Oakland, California.
