We sell real estate on Beaver Lake located in the Northwest corner of Arkansas.

Lake Country Realty is owned and operated by Faith Marshall. I bought the company on January 12, 2007 which had been operated previously for a year by another broker. Beaver Lake is so clean you can actually see your feet when you swim. The first Bass Pro Fishing Tournament was on Beaver Lake. Located in the Northwest corner of Arkansas, Beaver Lake has approxiamtely 477 miles of shoreline. The corp of Engineers owns the lake. Generation of the lake is used for electricity, which makes our electric bills lower than most. Lake Country Realty has been named "The authority on Beaver Lake" by the Arkansas Democrat. Our slogan is: "If it's on Beaver Lake, we sell it!"
