Larry Inspects Home Inspection Services is a locally owned andoperated business in San Antonio, Texas since 2002, which takes pridein every inspection that is performed. Inspector Larry Wedige, is amember of the International Association of Certified HomeInspectors (InterNACHI). He is on the staff at San Antonio College asa home inspection instructor. He also has over 45 years ofexperience in building, repairing, and remodeling homes. Thisexperience is combined with completion of the home inspector curriculumat San Antonio College, licensing by the Texas Real Estate Commission(TREC), and completion of hundreds of hours of home inspectioncontinuing education.Our home inspector follows the TREC Standards of Practice and theNACHI Code of Conduct that prohibits him from engaging in anyconflict of interest activities that might compromise hisobjectivity.
