I consider it a privilege to enter the world of the individual with the solution-focused goal of tailoring, with the person, a plan that will assist in achieving the therapeutic goals most effectively and efficiiently. Solution-focused therapy is a very efficient and cost-effective approach to resolving conflicts or circumstances which all individuals experience from time to time. It is focused in the "here-and-now" . Where the individual is, where they want to go, and assistance getting there.
