The company was originally founded in China in 1990 and it is a producing and trading group of building materials, food items, beverage, and furniture. The Asian office is in Tianjin. The operations in Americas started in 2008 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and in 2010 the office was moved to Miami in order to be closer to its customers worldwide.
