Leading Concepts was formed back in 1993 as an organization dedicated to teaching teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Our military background provides a framework to bring specialized military leadership training to civilian teams and team leaders. Unlike boring seminars, stale lectures and cold classrooms – our training is primarily outdoors and learning by doing. We know what it takes to lead and manage an elite military team on successful missions against seemingly overwhelming odds and we’ve been teaching these secrets to corporate leaders for over 20 years.
