Amy Rose Sager is a Registered Dietitian and Certified LEAP Therapist with experience helping individuals improve their health through lifestyle changes and better eating habits. Although she has a wide range of dietetic skills, her specialty and passion is in helping patients overcome the health problems associated with adverse food reactions, as it is very rewarding to make such a difference in patients' lives. Amy Rose utilizes a variety of methods to help patients identify their trigger foods, including patient history, Leap Mediator Release Testing (MRT), FODMAP and elimination diets. Her counseling focuses on cognitive and behavior modification that improve compliance and achieves long-term outcomes.
