Business description

Legacy Human Resources partners with small to midsize companies to manage benefits, do payroll, mitigate employee risk, and provide strategic HR help.

Most small to mid size businesses have never experienced high level tactical and strategic HR initiatives in their business. They do not realize the impact on short and long term cost containment and increases in productivity and profitability. By utilizing economies of scale Legacy can save money on health care insurance in the short term and long term with lower renewals as we spread risk over a much larger base than companies would on their own plan. Since most companies don't know what they are not doing and what the impact would be as a client, they take a small leap of faith when they come on-board. Almost without fail at the the one year anniversary renewal our clients comments are, "we came on board for the the savings but we are renewing for everything else you do for us.
