LIFE CHANGE TRANSITIONS INC It was a pleasure talking to you and appreciate your time. This is an overview of who we are and what we do. Life Change Transitions is a non-profit based in the heart of Clackamas county. We operate safe and sober living recovery homes that provide a structured path of recovery for men and women veterans returning home from the war and have found themselves in hopeless situations and need assistance adjusting to civilian life. We provide transitional housing for people graduating residential alcohol and drug addiction treatment and men and women who are in the legal system.
