Hi. My name is Teresa Meehan and I am the founder and primary blogger for Life Coach Plus. I'm so excited to be in a place in my life where I get to write, share information, and help others for a living. After teaching college for 20 years, my biggest rewards came from the trenches with people who have severe mental illness. The downside was that most of my client were court ordered for treatment because they were involved in the justice system. Working with clients who were forced into treatment was tough, but now I'm in a place of pure bliss. I get to combine my education and skills in Linguistics and Psychology with my desire to help people as an NLP Life Coach. I'm excited about the successes I've experienced as well as those yet to come.
