Using fruits from her orchard, herbs from her garden and honey from the hives on her farm, Ms. Nelson creates chocolates that are "uniquely Wisconsin." "I love experimenting with new flavors and foraging the local forests for new ingredients. As the fourth generation owner of a small Wisconsin farm, I am proud to bring you luscious flavors to tantilize your tastebuds and entertain your thoughts!"
