I have over 25 years of experience as an Individual and Couples Therapist and over 15 years of experience as an Executive Coach and Supervisor of other therapists. I am trained to use a variety of therapeutic approaches and methods for diagnosis and treatment, including, but not limited to, Short Term Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This allows me to make sure I develop a treatment strategy that is tailor made to meet your particular needs. I will provide you with specific techniques and tools to help you gain insight and reach your goals. Together, we will evaluate your progress every step of the way. While I work with people with a variety of symptoms, problems and difficulties, I specialize in working with couples and individuals with depression, anxiety, panic, and OCD.
