Lippy's BBQ Home of "EAT NAKED" Barbeque

About us and "EAT NAKED" Lippy's BBQ opened Oct 21,2011 in Malcolm, Nebraska, by Kelly and Sandy Streeter, with the help of family and friends. Although Kelly grew up as the quintessential "Butcher's Son", (he butchered his first hog when he was 5) neither he nor Sandy had been in the restaurant industry, so this was a new adventure for all! Of course, it's all homemade, and one of these days, we should really write down a recipe!! At Lippy's BBQ, we don't use any sauce on our meats, as we believe the meat should taste great by itself! It came to be this way in 1999, when our oldest daughter told us "I don't like barbeque". Upon further discussion, we realized she just didn't like the sauce. Neither did we.
