I have worked and just recently left "The Big Name Company" after 11 years. I feel that I can provide a higher quality of customer service with NO 1-800 hassle and pushy sales. In my opinion customers need someone who answers the phone as a human being and not a machine. Who will be able to schedule an appointment with confidence and the understanding of the nature of the problem.
