We elect to work on a contingency basis and offer the lowest "flat fee" rates for successful recruitment of candidates. Candidates that we submit to clients open positions go through an intense screening and one to one interview process prior to our submittal. We also provide resume and interviewing sessions for candidates to ensure a self confident and professional interview process.
