dear fire chief

i may have the wrong department, but in the event that this is the right place to thank volunteer fire fighter Chris Williams, he was a hero today. it wasn't a fire, it was an accident prevention opportunity that he offered to my sister and me in the parking lot of Home Depot in Chippewa, PA. Chris noticed that we were strapping fencing to the roof of our car in such a way that the fencing was likely to blow off in traffic. Chris approached us with a ratchet strap, helped us attach it and declined any money for the strap. he was polite and pleasant and helpful and completely took us by surprise with his helpfulness.
