Living at Home Services modifies homes based upon "Universal Design Concepts", Accessibility", and Aging in Place. The home modification services our company offers people with mobility challenges in their homes and facilities who could benefit from our services are: ¿ level access showers ¿ installation of grab bars and shower seat ¿ Door widening ¿ Ramps ¿ Custom modifications that are client specific. We are Certified Mobility Counselors, and are available to team up with Individual Homeowners, Family Members, Facility Managers, Occupational Therapists, Discharge Planners and Social Workers to perform home safety evaluations, establish some project priorities and a scheduling time frame to complete the modifications necessary to allow people to remain in their homes.
