In March 2009, former technology and retail executive Kathy Savitt founded Lockerz. The full Lockerz site officially launched in February 2010. On Lockerz, members can earn PTZ for a range of activities, including watching videos, listening to music, inviting their friends, buying their favorite products, and answering daily questions. These PTZ can be redeemed for discounts on merchandise from more than 200 brands sold through the Lockerz Shop. In October 2010, Lockerz launched fwb;), the site's social network. Members create personal profiles known as Lockerz where they can display their favorite artists, videos, pictures, and products with Decalz.
