With fixed price legal services the total cost to handle your legal matter will be quoted to you up-front before you sign anything. No hourly rates, no costs for copying or mailing or phone calls. After the initial consultation you will receive a fixed fee quote along with a detailed description of the services to be provided. This means you will know from the beginning of the process exactly how much you will owe in legal fees. Payment plans may be applied to this fixed fee so that the total cost for services may be spread out over several months. The cost of legal services should be clear to you before you agree to them. Here is how it works at Lone Pine Law: 1. You call or email me and we set up a meeting 2. We have an initial meeting to discuss your legal matter 3. I review your matter and its complexity 4. I quote you a complete price when I send you a Services Agreement including a breakdown of the costs if your matter requires a breakdown. 5. If you are ok with the price you can sign the agreement and send it back. If you are not ok with the price you can reply or call me to decline the agreement.
