Kelly Gardner at the Dallas Galleria location is the most rude and condescending employee I have ever come across in any retail store. Her demeanor, service and choice of words blemishes this location and Louis Vuitton's customer service. We will not be shopping at this location as long as she is there. She even proceeded to belittle the knowledge of the customer care representatives saying that her knowledge was greater than theirs and that we were talking to "JUST a client service employee." What an awful representative for such a quality brand. She has no business in dealing with customers.
