Daily devotional thoughts combined with solid tips on behavior with food and time are given in short email messages. This will be a mixture of text, video and audio messages. Applying solid knowledge of how to behave with food is the wisdom of living in control. The character you develop in living to honor what you were given will increase your stature of who you are. This will be recognized by others. Your faith to honor God and your fellow mankind is the inspiration to keep you committed to your personal responsibility of proper care for the health and well-being of your body, mind and spirit. Eating properly will support balance in your internal organs. The complex of functions of these organs and systems is referred to as your second brain. The second brain isn't everything yet everything depends on the second brain. See the logo. When your commitment goes to your heart you will have the self-control to live like no one else.
