Designer Liz Smith of Made in Lowell gets inspired at Western Avenue Studios, a thriving artist community in a converted mill building located in downtown Lowell, MA. It is there she makes her modern, felted wool pincushions, cup sleeves, brooches, hair pretties and jewelry. Liz also forms intricate patterns from solid blocks of polymer clay which she then transforms into elegant eggshell ornaments, pendants, and one-of-a-kind beads and buttons for crafters. In addition she is proud to offer her line of fine hand-crafted paper goods.
