MAJ Designs specializes in custom cocktail, prom and bridal attire. We understand the value of offering our customers exactly what they want.
Designing dresses has been a passion of Jamie Johnson's since she was a young girl. She began making dresses for her Barbie dolls in grade school and was given her first sewing machine by her mother at the age of twelve. Jamie began making formal dresses for herself in high school utilizing pre-made patterns. Jamie soon grew bored of working from patterns and began to alter these patterns to create her own unique designs. Since 2007 MAJ Designs has grown from designing formal dresses for close friends, to the thriving custom design studio it is today. Jamie is elated to be able to live her dream of designing Cocktail, Prom and Wedding dresses for the entire Alaska community!
