Since our inception, we have provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to clients located all across the United States. Our firm has experienced significant growth since we opened our 1st office in Manhattan, Kansas with just two employees. Since then we have witnessed an average growth of 15% each year. In 1988, Rod Finkle became a partner of the firm and a new Malone Finkle headquarters office was opened in Springfield, Missouri. 1985 marked a new era for the firm when CAD systems were introduced and engineering
