Opened in Hot Springs, AR January of 2004. Hot Springs has been good to us and we hope that we have been good for the people here. We strive to provide a professional service with high quality standards. Also, because we are not owned by a big financial services company and do not pay expensive franchise fees we can offer our services at lower prices than all of the national chains. Our tax preparers have been trained and have experience preparing tax returns. I personally have prepared several thousand tax returns and my preparers are closely watched until they have successfully completed 150 tax returns. We are open all year, so if you get that dreaded IRS notice in the summer when the IRS runs their audit programs then we are hear to answer questions and review the tax returns.
