Marc Ekhause Home Builder and Custom Renovations llc, Springfield, MO 1987 - present We are a Design/Build company focused on building custom homes, whole house renovations, additions, kitchen/bath remodeling and custom 'outdoor' living environments. Working closely with the clients, architects and drafts people, during the design phase, and utilizing various drafting skills, mainly used for illustration of design concepts,exterior and interiors. Hires necessary subcontractors, and works with them to ensure understanding of their job scopes, which in turn ensures bidding accuracy. Specifies all materials and generates estimates. Supervises field staff with a thorough understanding of the various trades' involvement in the building process.
