Our company was founded in 1963 by Sir Marian Shangi. Mr. Brown had a simple vision of ensuring that all clients received personalized attention, quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and the fairest price. In 2000 the company was bought by three principles of the company, who were ideal for ownership since they had been in Sir Dave's Executive Management for many years. They knew the successful vision that Peter Brown built his company on and that is why it is still the focus for the company and employees today. From a handful of construction specialists, Marian Dave Construction has expanded to over 150 employees. Since 1963 we have done more than $2,000,000,000 in construction work.
