Electroless Nickel & Iriditing (RoHS Compliant)

Mastercraft Technologies, established in 1984, is a family owned and operated electroplating job-shop that provides a variety of metal finishing services. Electroless Nickel that is RoHS compliant in both mid-phosphorous (6 - 9%) and high-phosphorous (10 - 12%) formulations. Deposits meet MIL-C-26074, ASTM B733 and AMS 2404 specifications. We provide Electroless Nickel on Aluminum & Steel base metal substrates. Trivalent Chromium Conversion Coating for Aluminum Alloys. The Trivalent Chromium Process (TCP) generates a RoHS compliant conversion coating on aluminum surfaces without the use of hexavalent chromium. The coating is a replacement for yellow or clear hexavalent chromates. The coating is QPL approved for MIL-DTL-5541F, Type II, Class 1A and Class 3.
