Business description

Mental health counseling for children, teens, and adults and their families with over 45 years combined experience.

Professional counseling services by a licensed professional counselor accepting most insurance plans or out of pocket payment. New people who come are usually curious to see if I will be a "good fit" for them as far as personality and skill level. I encourage questions and provide a place that is safe, while honoring your courage to meet with a complete stranger to talk about your life situation. Substance abuse, divorce, grief, anxiety, depression, and past trauma are a some but not all of what I can help you with. I do not believe that medication is the answer to helping you with your symptoms, but believe that for some very specific mental health disorders (like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia), it can be of help.
