I design my menus around the seasonal availability of local products, and carefully select fresh, complementary ingredients without shortcuts or compromising integrity. Utilizing classic techniques with reverence, I craft a tastefully balanced plate. With 20 years of foodservice experience in a variety of venues, I am always in comfortable control while executing events. Expect clear communication, solid planning, and an unpretentious, down-to-earth manner. My server staff is friendly and professional. I have a current Oregon food handler's card and carry liability insurance.
