Did grading for me on 2 separate occasions. Charged me by the hour & I got every penny's worth. He never got off his equipment but to eat a sandwich for 10 minutes. Getting ready for more grading on my land & he will be my 1st choice. This man is an old school hard worker & Ive always thought highly of him
